I’m Joe Gray, a former Royal Marines Commando turned high-performance coach for men who feel like shadows of who they once were.
For nearly a decade, I lived in the extremes. Freezing, wet, exhausted, surviving. And through it all, I learned how to operate when failure meant more than just feeling sore.
No shortcuts; systems that force you to level up.
Now, I work with men who’ve built careers but let their bodies become collateral damage.
Men who were once sharp, fast, athletic but now hide behind excuses, baggy shirts, and a tired face in the mirror.
Excuses sound best to the person making them up.
I engineer transformations that last.
